Welcome to St Meddan’s Parish Church

Worship is at the heart of our life here and our weekly services are relaxed and suitable for all ages.

Whether you have recently moved to Troon, are on holiday or are looking to establish/re-establish church connections we would be delighted to welcome you into our family for Sunday Worship to hear God’s Word and experience and learn more of his love for us all.

We are a warm friendly congregation and you will feel at home in God’s house as soon as you are greeted at the door by our Welcome Team.

Our Sunday Service at 10.30am is attended by around 200. It is led by the Minister with support from members of the congregation. There is a mix of traditional and modern worship supported by the use of visual aids for the hymns, bible readings and the children’s address.

We have an active Junior Church which the children go to part way through the service and a crèche facility is available throughout the service.

After the service why not join us for a cup of tea or coffee and the opportunity for a chat?

We have many organisations which meet in the Church Halls during the week involving our congregation and the wider community.

As part of Troon Churches Together we enjoy working with other Churches in the town for Joint initiatives.

What’s on this Sunday?

This coming Sunday, May 3rd, why not come along to St. Meddan’s @ Meadowgreen for coffee, muffins, fellowship and worship, 9:15am at the Meadowgreen Centre. We then have our normal service here at St. Meddan’s from 10:30am, where we guest preacher Pastor Richard Woods of Seagate Evangelical as part of our pulpit swap here in Troon. Richard will be speaking on the story of Zacchaeus, along with the usual time of worship and some information on the ongoing mission works in Haiti through Mission International. We have our Crèche facilities available for babies and toddlers, our Jigsaw and Ignite groups for pre-school and primary school children and the Catalyst group for teens running during the morning service. Visitors are most welcome and we look forward to seeing you on Sunday!
